On 25 July 2023, the Official Journal of the European Union published Commission Decision (EU) 2023/1540 amending and correcting Decision (EU) 2021/1870 establishing EU Ecolabel criteria for cosmetic products.
Specifically, Annex I and Annex II to the Decision (EU) 2021/1870 are corrected, namely on the application of sub-criterion and clarification of the interpretation of introductory sentences.
The updated Decision applies from 26 July 2023.
